At Kandi Capsule, we’re all about creating custom pieces that vibe with your unique style. While we strive to make every item perfect, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s our policy on refunds and returns to keep things fair and straightforward.
1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
- No Refunds or Returns for Personal Reasons: We do not accept refunds or returns for personal reasons, such as changing your mind or not loving the item. Since most of our items are made to order, each piece is crafted just for you.
- Refunds or Returns for Defective or Wrong Items: If your order arrives defective, damaged, or isn’t what you ordered (e.g., wrong item, size, or design), we’ve got you covered. We’ll make it right.
2. Process for Requesting a Refund or Return
- Contact Us First: To start a refund or return, email us at KandiCapsule@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the defective or incorrect item (if applicable)
- Review and Approval: We’ll review your request and respond within 48 hours. If approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.
3. Return Shipping
- Prepaid Return Label: For approved returns, we’ll provide a prepaid return label. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) and drop it off at the nearest shipping location.
- Return Costs: We cover return shipping costs for eligible returns (defective or wrong items). For non-eligible returns, you’d be responsible for shipping costs.
4. Processing Time
- Refunds: Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Replacements: If you’ve requested a replacement, we’ll ship it out as soon as possible after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
5. Exceptions
- Final Sale Items: Custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect.
- Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these criteria.
